It is the mission of Practice Management Associates to provide the highest quality advice and services to doctor’s offices to help them expand and grow their practices financially in an honest, ethical, and positive way while reducing their stress so they can focus on the best clinical outcomes for their patients.

About Us

Mr. Jilani brings his Ivy League education, many years of experience working in large multi-million and billion-dollar organizations, and training in two consulting systems to bear on the problems faced by private doctor’s offices. By implementing the same systems used by large national organizations, many of the common problems faced by private doctors can be quickly resolved.

We bring the expertise of working with fine-tuned management systems and apply them to private doctor’s offices that can’t afford to hire a highly skilled practice administrator.

About Our Team

Waqas F. Jilani, MHA

Managing Partner

Mr. Jilani is an accomplished healthcare executive with over sixteen years of experience managing all aspects of medical and dental practices, including starting new practices, hiring and firing staff, negotiating contracts, sales, and marketing.

He has worked in over two hundred medical and dental offices. He has hired hundreds of staff, including over forty doctors. He has coordinated many sales and marketing campaigns, including setting two world records as noted in the “Guinness Book of World Records.”

Mr. Jilani received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, and his Master of Healthcare Administration degree from Clark University/University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, Massachusetts. He is a Diplomate of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).

Project Manager

Gabie is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to make sure that they are completed in a timely fashion. She also monitors progress and makes adjustments as needed for each project and provides updates on a consistent basis to clients to make sure they are informed the entire way. Gabie has a strong medical background and experience in handling various projects.

Lidiya Sizonova

Finance and Business Officer

Lidiya is a serial entrepreneur and a technology enthusiast. She has run successful startups in diverse industries like food & hospitality, technology, and real estate. Her corporate stint includes working in the insurance sector. Armed with in-depth understanding of the Austin technology landscape, she works with her clients to deliver precise and impactful solutions. From Startups, to Mid-size Companies, to Large Corporations, Lidiya is equally energized to deliver scalable solutions for them. Currently, she is the CEO of Jam Packed Tech providing technology consulting solutions and mobile development solutions.

Lidiya received a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from St. Edward's University, in Austin, Texas.

Ammad Jilani

Technology Officer

Achieved 19+ years of coordinating international teams to develop desktop, Ecommerce and SaaS applications. In-depth experience in Business Intelligence, Medical, Advertising, Retail, Energy, Government and Telecommunications industry. Broad experience across financials, supply-chain, manufacturing, P&L, M&A, logistics and teaching SOX/ITIL best practices. Developed Engineering, IT, Finance, and HR best practice processes for over 50 companies.

Mr. Jilani received degrees in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math, and Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University. He has also taught classes at MIT, Southern Methodist University, and Baylor University.
